I was born in Lima in 1985 and years later I decided to study architecture at the PUCP. After graduating I worked in different offices until, in 2012 together with a friend, we founded the architecture office “esteoeste”. For five years we developed projects of different types in which I began to develop furniture and the passion for them. In 2017 I decide to pursue a master’s degree in furniture design and the destination was FIDI in Florence, Italy.

In 2018 I decide to return to Lima and found “Tembo Design”, architecture and design office. Since then we have developed different architectural and furniture projects.

Tembo Design is founded in 2018 after Architect Guillermo Thornberry returns from a master’s degree in Italy specializing in furniture design.

Since its founding Tembo Design has developed multiple architectural projects and produced a series of original furniture.
